Mirkwood Evans Vincent’s founding partners are Katherine Evans and Corinne Vincent, each renowned legal experts in their respective fields.

Katherine Evans set up the firm in 2007 under the name Legal Hobbit, with Corinne Vincent joining the firm in 2010, having gained her extensive experience in London City law firms. They initially traded under separate business names but soon realised the benefits of creating a joint trading name to advertise their ability to support a wider range of clients, with Corinne’s team supporting one of Katherine’s telecommunications clients to roll out their mobile broadband network across London and Katherine’s team providing corporate and commercial legal support to Corinne’s development and construction clients. They re-branded as Mirkwood Evans Vincent in April 2014.
