As head of our Business Technology legal department, Katherine Evans is a leading expert in business technology law and telecommunications law. She specialises in advising clients in the telecommunications and business technology sectors in the UK and worldwide, adopting a multi-disciplinary approach which allows her team to focus on all aspects of our clients’ business, including advising on, drafting and negotiating investment agreements and shareholder agreements, standard terms of business, complex international customer and supplier technology agreements, software and cloud service licensing agreements, and advising in the areas of re-financing and dispute resolution.

In the international business environment, Katherine has worked with clients doing business in Europe, the Middle East, Africa, Asia and the Americas and has developed particular commercial and regulatory expertise in the Middle East and the Africa regions.

Corinne Vincent heads up our Property & Construction legal department, where she and her team provides legal services in the areas of property development and construction law including affordable housing and general commercial property and landlord and tenant law, Property Development & Construction Law and the giving of specialist legal advice to landowners, developers, builders, landlords and tenants in the areas of property, development & construction dispute resolution.
