Tina is proficient in a broad range of commercial property transactions with particular expertise in the acquisition, ongoing asset management and disposal of retail, office and industrial premises. She also has considerable experience in land acquisition and assembly for development, both commercial and residential, acting for both lenders and borrowers in property finance transactions and providing support for corporate deals. Tina has also acted as client relationship manager within a law firm for a FTSE 250 listed company and been responsible for training associates, trainees and paralegals.
