Following the addition of a further technology law specialist to our team, we are in a position to take on a limited number of new clients for our very popular “virtual in-house legal service” for technology businesses.

This service works a bit like a mobile phone contract. The client contracts for a particular level of service for a minimum of twelve months (here twenty hours per month), at a rate, which is much more favourable than the standard “pay as you go rate” (here £125 per hour vs our standard £250 per hour), and receives in return full access to our team of specialist solicitors (in the areas of technology and telecommunications, corporate law (including corporate finance), commercial property law and litigation/dispute resolution).

Subscribers can carry unused hours forward for so long as they retain the service. Additional hours are also charged at this special rate without limitation. One of our partners will also visit all new clients for an introductory first meeting free of charge. (All rates exclude UK VAT where applicable and travel expenses).
